Editing Novos Houserules

When I give descriptions, make sure to pay close attention. It will normally give players information on a monster's abilities and powers as well as things both useful and irrelevant in the environment; it's your job as player to decide which is which. 

I will be using passive skill rolls from your characters for most basic interactions. The way this works is similar to passive insight and perception checks in that you are given an auto 10 + skill bonus with most basic information coming from these. 

Terrain and rules as well as harsh weather and climate rules are always in effect, so it would be a good idea to prepare and gather information on the locations you are heading towards next and the routes you will be taking if you plan on leaving the protection that a village or city offers.
