Editing The World Tree/Bluetin

Known as the capitol of invention, '''Bluetin''' is aptly named for its rich deposits of blue shaded tin found within many other resources that are rich within the area. Located within the grasslands of eastern '''[[The World Tree/Ikhael|Ikhael]]''', '''Bluetin''' is a metropolis for invention, tinkering, and trade, primarily housed by gnome engineers or merchants and services within the [[The World Tree/World Tree]] campaign.

'''Bluetin''' also supports a council for patents, inventions, and other matters of the trade, while the lord mayor oversees law and civic maintenance.  Although the council holds the best interest of the people, the lord mayor is feared by many of the city, with high taxes and tyrannical control or seizure of all exports.

'''Bluetin''' is most notably remembered for its large central monument to Nimrieleye, mechanized to show the date and the time through whirring gears and a large arcane sphere centered around four support struts.  Known for its engineers and inventors, '''Bluetin''' houses several taverns, inns, and religious buildings, as well as a skyport, town great hall, and the "Everburning Smelter".
