== Presence of Magic ==
Magic in ''Assëässe'' is quite common. Mages, priests and casters in general roam freely in most areas of the world. Magic is common but magic items are reasonably limited. Considered the pool of magic users; there is a fair supply of magic items and spells available around the world.

== Limitations ==
You can find most spells of most major campaign settings in ''Assëässe'' but you will never find the spell ''Stone to Flesh''. A powerful wish spell has affected the world. The spell ''Stone to Flesh'' or any flavor of it simply cannot exist. If a clever magic user would start researching this kind of spell; his research would simply never lead to any results.
