=='''Background'''== Jessie Perfitto made the bulk of her income on the seat of a bicycle. She would teach two spin classes a day and the time in-between as a bike courier. She was acting as a bike courier when the accident happened. Her company was contracted, by Farnsworth labs, to get a small package from one side of town to the other. When slipping between cars to meet her required time limit for the delivery she was hit. A large sedan plowed into the side of her bicycle sending her flying onto the hood of his car and through the glass. The package she was carrying was filled with glass vials and they busted all over her. In the vials was the experimental chemical known as RBND-9. When the ambulance arrived she was covered by the chemicals and not doing well. Halfway to the hospital they had to utilize the AED. The electric shock from the AED activated the RBND-9 and began the process of her physical transformation. Within the day she was transferred to a room at Farnsworth Lab and under the care of Dr. Thomas Farnsworth himself. The Doctor found Jessie’s transformation fascinating, she was resistant to pressure and impact, could fall from nearly any height with no injury at all. She had complete control over her body. Farnsworth is an old man, and is not shy about his experiments sending Jessie off the sides of the tallest buildings in town. It’s not uncommon to see Bounce, which is what the public came to call her, in her Farnsworth Labs skin tight “testing” suit hurtling down the street with the elderly, wild haired, Dr. Farnsworth chasing after her, on a moped, with a hand held sensor in one hand.
