==Arrival, Incineration, and Skateboards==

Upon arriving in Paragon, the heroes were being greeted by a militiaman, when all of a sudden he bursts into flames. After examining the scene, the group notices men on skateboards throwing firebombs into several homes. The heroes, with the aid of Cathak Takimaki and Ragara Hannya, both who happened to be at the scene quickly dispatched the skateboarders and saved the civilians. The only casualty was the militiaman.
