This is the campaign Wiki for '''Rainshadow''', an atmospheric Delta Green campaign set in the great state of Washington, where all the characters are members of or affiliated with the Washington State Patrol. The title refers to the Olympic and Cascade mountains, that create the state's distinctive pattern of heavy rain to the West and arid conditions to the East of the big mountains, as the heavy clouds coming off the Pacific can't make it over the mountain range. 
Mount Rainier in particular is not just a destination, but a landmark for the whole Sound area.  When the rain and fog lift, the snow-capped volcano looms in the distance. Then the locals say to each other "the mountain is out" the way Alaskans talk about snow.
