*Description and Background:

A third generation doctor, Neil nearly went with research instead of practice. Certainly his temperament leaned more in that direction. But the weight of family tradition, and the benefits of practicing as well as pursuing research, sent him into more applied pharmacology. While he'd found drug trial protocols stifling and irksome, clinical practice ones were even more so. Grinding through the years of work, he kept up his habits from being a student of chemical enhancement. As time went on not only did he increase the amount of edge he wanted to give himself through chemistry, but he started to invite certain high end clients to try particular mixes. He moved to boutique treatment where he could blend his passions.

Of course being wealthy and having wealthy clients couldn't keep him insulated forever, and eventually he started to come under the gaze of a DEA agent who thought the whole thing needed to be shut down. And was starting to nose around the few disgruntled ex-patients of his who could help testify to what he'd been doing.

While he was thinking about what would be the best chemical combination to go out on, he got contacted by the Polysemous Foundation and he jumped on their offer. He's consulting more now, for a mix of pharmaceutical companies, university labs, and hospital pharmacology departments. It suits the foundation's needs better, and it works fine for him for now.

Expensive casual is his usual style of dress, with well managed stubble. His resting face is a distant stare and a smirk, that swings quickly to intense staring when something in front of him catches his interest.
