=The One Eyed Jack - Pain 15=
The One Eyed Jack confines himself to no Quarter. The whole of the Mad City is his domain, and he rules it with a ruthless passivity that is unfathomable. At a distance, he is seen as the silhouette of a tall, gaunt man swathed in robes of blackness and starlight, and from the vast cowl of his vestments an evil green light can be seen shining forth. Until he approaches or allows himself to be approached. At that point the green glow will disperse into a sickly emerad jade mist that surounds him.

Only from his throne in the Iron Keep is his face visible, his great beard spilling out and a leather patch covering one eye.

If pressed, the One Eyed Jack can open portals anywhere within the Mad City that may lead to any other location(s) he chooses within the Mad City . . . or the City Slumbering.

The Jack is silent at all times, but he can speak into the minds of Nightmares and Men alike. It is said that the sound of his physical voice is a death sentence to any who hear it.
