Really more of a guild for purveyors of various forms of drugs, all of which are legal in Blackport. But the Veins are also involved in some smuggling activities. Since virtually anything is legal to sell in Blackport, smuggling generally involves getting people into or out of the city without any entanglements; sometimes it involves moving materiel that has been purloined from its rightful owners in and out of the city before law enforcement catches anyone.
