== Background == '''Other Names:''' Akai-Kizu (Scarlet Scar), Mushi-Hime (Princess of Insects). '''Background:''' There was this small time sorcerer who wants to join Master Koji’s clan. In order to prove his worth, the sorcerer performed the most dangerous spell he had ever learned, intended to bind a powerful demon to his service. He was disappointed with the outcome – what he summoned seemed like nothing more than a large swarm of tiny, black insects, more irritating than powerful. But unbeknown to the hotheaded young sorcerer, what he summoned is actually a scion of Beelzebub, the Lord of Flies in Judeo-Christian contexts. The sorcerer had took more than what he can chew, and he didn’t even realize it before he discover that he is unable to bind the swarm demon. The demon he summoned is way too powerful for him to control; it ate whatever magical artifacts the sorcerer prepared to bind it with and broke free. No one knows for sure what happened to the sorcerer, but they know what happened to the swarm demon: she formed herself a body of a human girl, adopted the name Bella, and agreed to work for Master Koji’s clan as long as they provide her with delicacy, worship and daily ritual sacrifice. Before her, the clan members call her Mushi-Hime, Princess of Insects, out of fear and respect. '''Appearance:''' Scarlet hairs. Blue eyes. White skin. Everything about Bella’ look spells “ill omen“ to others in the clan, and the fact that she is enchantingly beautiful doesn’t really help. The majority of clan members came to believe that Bella is a femme fatale who use her beauty as a weapon in missions, and calls her “Akai-Kizu”, which roughly translates into “Scarlet Scar”, behind her back. But in actuality Bella is not seductive, and she gets really upset whenever people call her Akai-Kizu. There is always a swarm of tiny black insects surrounds Bella, which she hides in her clothes or hairs when necessary, though most time she doesn’t even bother. '''Personality:''' Oujou. Bella is proud and self-centered, demands everyone to put attention on her. In fact, she actually demanded the clan members to worship her – and they do, when they are in front of her, just to avoid her wraith and what may follow. She is very ill tempered and prone to anger, and has no problem with getting physical when she felt provoked. She consider herself noble for she is the daughter of Beelzebub, but at this time the Japanese don’t even know about Judeo-Christian, so naturally no one know why she is so obsessed with her father’s name – which just make her even more upset. '''Powers:''' Bella can transform herself into a swarm of little insects, which is a very good infiltrating ability, so long as her enemy doesn’t find the swarm of insects to be a sight too out of ordinary. Alternately, she can send a small number of her swarm into scouting, which is much less noticeable. In combat, she is simply a brute. She smashes her enemy with the swarm, guard herself by forming a shield with the swarm. She can even catch projectiles with the swarm and send them back, a trick she likes to use to intimidate her enemy. And, when she is really pissed (which, unfortunately, happens quite often), she will set her swarm to a wild hunt and devour her opponent outright. The swarm around Bella constantly keeps an\ watchful eye for her, which granted her a higher awareness about her surroundings. The swarm can’t live long if they are away from their queen, they can operate perfectly within about 1km meter around Bella, but any further than that they quickly got lost and die. If Bella is ever killed, what’s left of her body will dissolve into a swarm of insects. So long as one of these insects survived, it can reproduce the entire swarm that composed Bella’s body and revive her in about a month. To kill Bella completely, one must destroy the entire swarm of insects within a month – not an easy thing to do, since the swarm will quickly separate into numerous subgroups in search of a good place for Bella’s resurrection.
