Xelha is the power of Relationships, but unlike normal Powers, she is shared between two identical twin girls. In the Chancel's culture, identical twins are sacred, considered to be two aspects of the same person and soul.  She is thus able to perform two mundane actions at once. Miracles she uses may be equally applied per body. She may also benefit from the ability to work in absolute tandem with herself when carrying out other actions, as if they were perfectly rehearsed and meticulously coordinated. 

Xelha must keep her bodies relatively near one another, (to a maximum distance of perhaps no more than (Spirit) miles?), though brief separation further apart isn't harmful (Such as when using some means of teleportation) The two women who compose her physical form are closer than a Noble to their Anchors, and can thus communicate innately at all times. This link is considered part of a Noble for purposes of resisting effects that would attempt to alter it - it's not possible, externally. (1 CP)
