The universe is made of information, a substrate of knowledge through which the full richness and vastness of it is projected.  The universe, to put it simply, is a hologram.

Exigent Terminal Stop is, as all things are, made of information.  Unlike most of the Fate-touched Exalted, it was not born but built, a construct of programming and evolutionary algorithms rather than the strange and wild forces of random mixing of DNA.

Crafted in a design creche within the Heavenly Mountain, Exigent Terminal Stop was tasked by Sidereal Architect-Ministers with monitoring reality and assisting its Sidereal masters with making sure the warp and weft of the entire universe functioned as expected.

Trained in simulation in ten-thousand mortal martial arts from as many systems and given the secret destructive knowledge of the Pale Hand of the World Break Style, Exigent Terminal Stop was embodied into the physical reality of the Wukong Sector with a simple task: Keep Things Going.
