All system planetary governments control mostly remote trash haulers that deliver trash it has already put through its own recycling efforts and reclaimed what it could use.

What was left was sent to ''R-one Transfer stations''. At these the refuse was sorted to a higher distinction and packaged.  Refuse was loaded on to "R-one" transfer ships and sent on their journey.

Once the "Keep of Fire"  took control of them they were sent on a couple different paths.

*M-Station.  Some is sent to ''R-1 Merchandise " These facilities modify the stuff and resell it to collectors and tourists.  R-1-M souvenirs are widely circulated and most tourist shops and boutiques carry a selection.  Among the popular items they sell is souvenir shirts with catchy phrases like "R-1 Emotional Support Caretaker. When would like your enema?" Or "My parents spent a month on Randal but all I got was this lousy T-shirt.  And apparently a kid brother."

Other popular items are can and bottle openers, key chains, fire starters, and unique knives.

*R-Stations.  These take products unusable elsewhere.  They convert refuse to Molecule Blocks or Liquid Batches.

Molecule Blocks are sold to Replicator Merchandisers. 

L- Stations. Liquid Batches are tightly sealed the remote controlled to waiting stations that direct their trip to the central sun and incinerated.

***Filch: Pop 3K.  Filtch maintains a small population of craft industries and residents with long history on the moon.  Filch suffered a dramatic asteroid contact near the End of the Randal Corp ownership of the System and never regained full functionality.  System government maintains a small habitable presence but does not recommend immigration for new residents. Most residents are family groups with a history on Filch.  The moon once supported 100k population but the asteroid impact damaged half the planets facilities beyond repair.  The remaining 3000 residents live in space that could house 60k. Much of the base is sealed off but the inhabitants have huge amounts of space not typical in space habitation.

**Once a moon of Randal One, it had a breathable atmosphere and sparce plant life.  During the Randal Corp era the planet was heavily terra-formed for construction facilities and testing purposed.  It once had a population of 32 Million.
