This small moon has become the "reintegration and assimilation" (RA) point of the immigrants aboard the '''Amenoukihashi'''. Called simply Shinkyo (New Home) by these immigrants, it has retained a distinctly '''''Earth that Was''''' character. Immigrants are expected to learn the systems, laws and language of the Union of Allied Planets and move off world when they can. However, the process has been slowed by difficulties within the Core resulting in less attention than promised. <br>
* All persons from the '''Amenoukihashi''' have been required to submit genetic material to the ACDC in order to provide the material for the genetic therapy used to combat the pandemic. Human Rights groups decried this mandatory extraction, but most of the immigrants volunteered without complaint. <br><br>

The '''Amenoukihashi''' still serves as housing, an industrial base, and adminitrative center of the RA center.
