==Spell Casting== ===Memorization=== Most sorcerers can memorize one spell. Chaos Psyche can memorize one spell. Amber Psyche can memorize two spells. Higher pyche allows a sorcerer to deliver more energy to a spell. This energy is often called ''Psyche Throughput''. However many things can cause a sorceror to forget a spell; head wounds or shock, contact with charged sources such as lightning or magical blasts. ===Ritual Encanting=== Otherwise a spell must be ''Encanted'' in its entirety to cast. ''Cants'' are specialized languages or jargons such as Thievies Cant, or Druid's Cant. In sorcerer the term ''Encant'' has come to mean using a magical language to work a spell. ''Enanting'' a spell usually requires a tome, scroll, or other medium holding the spell allowing the Sorceror to read or cast the spell. Sorceror with Human Psyche can encant ritual spells Its slows and dangerous but can be done. The lesser the throughput into a spell the easier it is to cast. Enacting a spell by ritual reading from a tome can cast sorcery spells but the time required limits the usefulness of ''Reading a Ritual Spell''. ==='''Frames'''=== Most sorcerers try to find focuses, artifacts or High Order Imprints or constructs that allow far more useful spell casting. High Order Constructs allow a sorcerer to raise a '''''Frame''''' to ''''Hang'''' spell on for easier use. Sorcerers create a '''''Frame''''' upon which they hang elaborate spells, leaving off a few elements called '''Lynchpins''' to cast the spell. Lynchpins are key phrases and gestures that allow a spell taking hours to cast to be cast in second from a saved or "hung" spell. High Order and Low Order versions of spells have similar effects but dynamically different results depending on the amount of throughput a sorcerer is able to employ based on his power source. The descriptions below are for High Order versions of the spells. The Low Order versions may be anywhere from a tiny fraction to around a quarter of the power of their High Order versions.
