=The Right Honourable Dr Reginald Fulton-Smythe (Major retired)= To High Society:Shiftless Layabout and Rapscallion/ To himself: Gracefully Ageing Adventurer and Man of the World. Educated as all young gentlemen in the scholarly pursuits of Latin and the Arts to which he paid not one whit of attention and spent most of his time sciving off, drinking, whoring and planning to get the hell out of old blighty and go to the Colonies. Surprising everyone, the young man aced his exams and entered the medical profession at the behest of his father (A Harley Street Doctor), studying at Oxford. Gaining his degree in Medicine, the outbreak of the war found him in Nairobi, in an adulterous affair with a government official's wife. Needless to say joining up and spending the next two years fighting the germans was an obvious choice. After active service in The East African Campaign, Reginald travelled to the Congo and South Africa, hunting, whoring and drinking. Having hunted on the Transvald, Serengeti and other exotic areas, and fathering an astounding number of children of mixed heritage he returned to London after his fathers death. So far he has achieved exactly nothing as far as High Society is concerned and spends most of his time, when not working from his expensive Harley Street medical establishment (probably leaves that to some junior Doctors), reading the paper, drinking scotch and pheasanting on the weekends with occasional trips to Scotland to hunt red deer. He has given up on any chance of marriage due to an unsightly scar which transects his face (Thinking you used to be APP 18), coutesy of a rather angry husbands wasagi on the highlands of Kenya, though he tends to mention something vague about leopards if asked.
