Editing The Serrated Query (Investigations of Arbiter Haxtes) (section)

==Overview==

The only Inquisitor with extensive experience with the Serrated Query inside the Tyrantine Cabal is Inquisitor Vraak.  He has closed three extensive cells of the Serrated Query in the Calixis Sector, as well as helped with numerous other smaller cells.  He has determined that there is no rhyme or reason to the cells’ existence.  Vraak’s evidence points to the Serrated Query being a perverted version of the Inquisition, without a central authority or guiding hand.

Individual Cells are dangerous, and the upper echelons of each cell have some connection to at least a couple other cells.  Their purpose ranges from drug smuggling, xenos artefact trade, collection of proscribed works, to other more obscure and dangerous trades.

Arbiter Haxtes closed down an extensive cell on Ambulon in the business of manufacturing and distributing the drug Farcosia.  The supposed head of the cell, Theodosia, was killed during the investigation and work is ongoing to discover his other ties.  If Theodosia was connected to any other cells of the Serrated Query, they will likely be happy to exact revenge if given the chance.
