Life in the Sprawl is tenuous.

Magic leaks out into the very air, but no one in the Sprawl remembers how to control it. Then the Wyrmriders came. Their bond with the greatest beasts the Sprawl had yet spawned gave them access to places no one had seen since gods walked the lands.
