==Background==

Luka is slender and pretty. If he were a girl, he'd be called 'delicate' and 'beautiful'. As a guy, the more polite things that people say are 'wiry' and 'charming'. His hair is long and silver and his skin is grey; just a shade darker than his hair. As is typical with many Shadar-kai, he has some facial piercings and several tattoos; mostly black spinning abstracts. In his case that is more because of the innate attraction to the fashions and the experience of having them than because of any cultural prerogative. It's normal to see him with black leather lace up pants, silk shirts, and black vests and coats; all with silver accents. He also carries an extremely large scimitar.

Luka grew up an orphan and on the streets. Rather than this making him jaded and bitter, he grew up to be compassionate and optimistic. He made extra money by whoring and stripping, which was just enough to keep him in new clothes, an apartment, and public school. It's there where he met one of his closest friends, a Tiefling named Despair. After school, and after several repeated trips to see a healing cleric due to occupational hazards, he found his calling in a temple to Sehanine. It's there he put his already formidable set of charms toward pleasing the High Priestess and in return she provided a homey place to stay and additional instruction in the ways of shadowy trysts. He now burns away his time amusing himself (and others) and attempting to cheer up Despair. While he does have a lot of interest in using his...physical skills to making an extra buck, the XCrawl isn't exactly what he had in mind...
