*Shapeshift (Predator Form) - Primary bite attack 1d6, +4 enhancement bonus to strength, natural armor improves by +4, base land speed is 50.  Gain Mobility as bonus feat.
*Shapeshift (Aerial form) - Fly speed 40 Good, Primary talon attack 1d6, +2 enhancement bonus to strength, +2 enhancement bonus to reflex saves, natural armor improves by +2.  Gain Fly-by attack as bomus feat.
