Rykina of Halta is a young Outcaste who has thrown in whole-heartedly with the Bull of the North, despite her country's recent re-assessment of their alliance. In Halta, she was an extremely wealthy merchant and courtier at the Queen of Halta's court. She has since put her vast wealth and her talent for earning more at the Bull of the North's disposal. Currently, the Bull has dispatched Rykina to the Scavenger Lands to serve as an emissary and contact with the Confederation of Rivers, and with other Solars in the region (especially the Circle of Denandsor).
