Bought = Scrolls bought and scribed from starting cash. ===Epic Spells=== *'''Picture Perfect''' *Transmutation *Spellcraft DC: 57 *Components: V, S *Casting Time: 1 standard action *Range: 300 ft. *Target: Creatures in 40-ft radius area *Duration: Permanent *Saving Throw: Fort negates *Spell Resistance: Yes *With a snap of the fingers, a group of creatures are transformed permanently into a picture showing their last moments. Over time the picture changes, showing them futilely pressing against the borders seeking release and screaming to art patrons to help them. *Factors: Base Transform Seed (21) + One Action Casting (20) + Transform to Inanimate (10) + Increase target to 20ft radius area (10) + increase area by 100% (4) + increase save DC by 5 (10) *Mitigating factors: Creatures can move and slowly call for help in picture (-5 ad hoc); Requires DC 30 Craft Visual Art check (-5 ad hoc); 8d6 backlash damage (-8) *Notes: I wouldn't expect this to take down the really big bads, though there's always the chance.
