After rescuing a mysterious girl, Ichiro found that not only could she turn into a sword, but that when he used it, he gained great and wonderful powers, some of which remained with him even when he doesn't wield the weapon.

Ichiro looks more toned than before, and the backs of his hands are covered in intricate tattoos which he has to cover up with bandages, or with the mystic gloves that materialized there when he first manifested his powers.
