In activating this Charm the Exalt becomes aware of anyone actively observing him, trying to learn something about him or otherwise perceiving him via immediate or mediated perception. In addition to knowing of their existence he learns a general direction and an approximate distance, which can help him identify them through his own counter-surveillance.<br>
At Ess 3 this Charm gives the option to trigger automatically whenever the Lawgiver comes under observation by immediate perception from a source he doesn't already know of through mundane Awareness.<br>
At Ess 4 this Charm gives the option to trigger automatically whenever someone employs mediated perception to observe, learn something about or otherwise perceive the Exalt.
