Travelling Immaculate Monk.  Has visited the city for unknown reasons, but is not affiliated with the Embassy except in a national sense.  Was badly injured fighting Sardonyx at the recent party.

Magistrate of the Realm, and 3rd in line to the head of House Cathak.  He is known for being among the greatest swordsman in the Realm.  His purposes in the city are unknown, other than a mention of a lost Iselsi Magistrate.
