*Cassidy and her Imbued talk; she then talks with Nick Scratch
*Rob makes amends with the Garou
*Darius, John, and Omegas collect weapons
*Sui Mae summons Li Bei, a potent fire god
**Li Bei appears to immolate Liz; in reality, she is taken into the Umbra, where she meets with Malevolent Fate, Dumb Luck, and Blind Justice
*John gets a few hours of rest, meets with Malevolent Fate in his dreams, and learns of the Mandate of Heaven
*The Technocracy triples the sun's power; however, Troile's power at her stronghold is enough to resist it
*A War Council is held
*The Ellipse and their allies swear an Eclipse oath to never willingly betray each other, to be loyal to each other, to protect each other, and to stand against the darkness
*The Ellipse arrives at Troile's tower; Troile uses a Presence-based attack to turn her enemies against each other; however, they are able to overcome its power
*The Mourning Star fights off a childe of Troile; Liz fends off the attacks of a turned Dale Grimsby

*Malevolent Fate appears on the jet, and delivers cryptic warnings
*The jet lands in Los Angeles, and is met by representatives of the New Promise Mandarinate, and Sui Mae's cousin
*John discovers that the Ellipse's quarters are bugged, and informs Gabe, who disables the devices and informs everyone else
*Liz goes for a run
*John consults with Peer and Omegas about the demon Lytek and other potential allies
