The tribe is not large in number, no more than 20,000 orcs, but they are amongst the most feared tribe in the north. Their witches have learned how to control the elemental spirits and the weather, using them as weapons. Their warriors are mounted on massive boars known as rime tusks, easily the equal of any cavalry in Erenland. The Frozen Mother tribe has little interaction with their neighboring tribes, focusing on control of the western Weal and protection of a great spire of black ice believed to be the home of their kurusatch udareen. However, as mentioned in my earlier correspondence, I believe that they have some agreement with the Burnt Mother tribe, as their riders can be seen off in the distance as you travel the Black Road.
