==Backstory==

Grinning Serpent Jin was born into a a lesser noble family, with dreams of aspiring high into the political realm of the capital. It was during this rise that he gained first hand experience in dealing with the Black Lotus...and in the consequences of ''not'' dealing with them. When he refused to serve as a puppet of the Wulin Bane, he was forced out of the city, and off his track to success. Taking refuge in Mountain's Shadow, he thought he'd at least be able to rebuild his reputation and a new power base...only to find Hooded Cobra and the Lotus' influence had reached here as well.

Now armed with a stolen manual of Black Lotus kung fu, a calculating and deceptive mind, and a thirst for revenge, Grinning Serpent Jin intends to repay his enemies and see them fall while he ascends to his rightful status.
