''I met Curious on my Home World after a Virus had wiped out Humanity. Curious was traveling with a young girl of 10ish, Slugger, who quickly made friends with my Poodle Boys, then soon became my Ward when her 'uncle' Buck made me promise to look after her as he lay dying from the Virus. Later I discovered that she was of the Blood of Amber, then later discovered her to be the Daughter of Corwin and Dierdre of Amber, also known as the King and Queen of Avalon. Curious is Slugger's Guardian and I have known this almost since the beginning, just I as knew he was a powerful Dufiro. I later learned how powerful and influential... but I am still unaware of who Contracted Curious to Guard her... somehow I don't think it was her Mother or Father, though they would be the most obvious choices. Curious has acted as an excellent protector to Slugger and as a dependable advisor in many things regarding the Dufirosm to me.''
