== Session Highlights == *Reclaiming the first floor of Morikage Toshi *The defeat of Oni Yaku *The show of Ghosts I left last time with 3/5 players injured so this session, so I kinda sped through the 3 days of recovery. Shiba Hikaru and Tsuruchi Takahide were well enough to supervise the clean up of the castle, commanding the Eta out there. While out there, Takahide-san went searching for the other diary left by the Phoenix Lord, Shiba Takimoto. After two days of searching he was able to locate the second journal in the hidden library. When the group was recovered, they again forced their way into one of the second level doors that had been too difficult for Takahide-san to open alone. With the door open they stumbled upon nine bandits dressed similarly to the ones they've faced before. The five samurai cut down eight without trouble, Hikaru got off her second level spell Tail of the Fire Dragon and was enjoying using that for the full duration of the spell. The last bandit escaped the room though a concealed door down a concealed hall that does not appear to be part of the castle's original construction. The five samurai eventually followed the boy down this passage and came across a large man with two body guards calling himself Oni Yaku and declared how he could not be beaten. He tried to dispel Hikaru's spell, failed and was promptly put down by the shugenja and the other Samurai. The samurai rummaged around the room a little looking for clues, while Daidoji Sachi sat down to meditate, and Agasha Noritada broke out the tea. Tsuruchi Takahide found the boy he originally agreed to save, Miyazaki. When the Samurai were prepared to leave, they opened the doors to the hall and were witness to a scene obviously from the hieght of the castle's reign. The scene was pastel colored and appeared decorated as if it were new. In this vision Shiba Takimoto stood in the hall addressing a small group of servants, in a somewhat stern tone he demanded the castle be it's absolute cleanest for the arrival of his new bride. The servants were then dismissed and one petite female servant stayed behind, whispered something to Shiba Takimoto that made his cheeks go red, and she was dismissed also.
