==Aspects== '''High Concept''' - Apotropaic (luck magic) Master Example: Invokes: Contrived Coincidence (establish that I happen to know someone in a scene), Chain Reaction (what looked like a failure was just the start of a chain reaction that actually caused what I intended, i.e. reroll) Compels: Broken Mirror (some ill omen or unlucky object negates my abilities) '''Background''' - Public Policy Hot-shot- Alejandra has realized that just locking up drug dealers doesn't fix systemic problems and is working towards a law degree and is involved in the local politics of Hope City. '''Trouble''' - Sub-conscious Control (Alejandra isn't completely consciously aware of all of the workings of her luck control and sometimes what's "lucky" is what her sub-conscious wants) Example: Invokes: Didn't Even Know it was a Threat (Luck acts to defend against a threat Alejandra wasn't even aware of +2 to a defense action) Compels: Unlucky Emotions (Her powers trigger in response to being angry or other negative emotions in a decidedly not helpful way, like dumping paint on a visiting official that ticks her off), Impeding Barrier (A "lucky" failure causes a section of wall to fall blocking off the bad guy from attacking her, but also keeping her from helping the rest of the team in this fight) '''Free Aspect''' - Grew-up on the Mean Streets of Juarez- Alejandra grew up in Juarez Mexico and spent her first few years as a super there. '''Free Aspect''' - Gremlins- Alejandra is quite skilled at messing with technology. There's just so many places for glitches and little bits of her magic to latch on and have a big difference.
