==Background==
Loggaro was born the son of a painter, and was trained on how to properly cover rooms with paint. He was very quickly bored with this, incorporating geometric designs and sigils into the paint and undercoats that brought his father recognition so that they were eventually hired to paint the study of a wizard in his tower. The book on the shelf contained a number of basic spells, and when the wizard returned to check on their progress, a phantasmal creature danced and capered in his study, conjured by Loqqaro. The wizard immediately made a deal with the boy's father, and Loqqaro's training commenced from there.
