==Morgrave High Campus Rules== ===Peacewarding=== Morgrave University, in both the upper graduate campus and the lower campus used by the Morgrave University Junior Associates, has an extensive series of magical wards in place to protect its student body. Individual classrooms, especially those used to teach classes on practical magic, have unique wards of varying strengths to protect students from injuring one another while practicing their spells. The various gymnasiums and obstacle courses on campus also possess wards to lessen the impact of injuries from falls or tumbles. Beyond this, the campus also has a special, school wide ward in place to protect against lethal injury. According to school rules, every weapon or magical implement that is brought onto Morgrave University property must be Peacewarded. This spell, which is bestowed by a special magical rod created by House Deneith, causes all attacks with weapons or magical attacks channelled through implements to be considerably less lethal than normal. In effect: *Any NPC reduced to 0 hit points or fewer becomes unconcious instead of dying. Any PC reduced to 0 hit points or fewer is treated as normal, but instead of becoming dead after three failed death saving throws, or when reduced to their negative bloody value, the PC is instead merely "incapacitated": they may not be revived during the encounter, but they may spend healing surges to recover after a short rest. *Any ongoing damage stops working once a target reaches 0 hit points. *It is still possible to kill with a Peacewarded weapon or implement, but it requires the use of the Coup de Grace action (PHB p 288), and would be considered murder. The Peaceward effect only works while on campus grounds: a Peacewarded weapon or implement carried away from campus remains Peacewarded, but is treated like any other weapon or implement.
