Oak trunk is the home of Bear Hearth. It's root cluster houses their private kitchen and pantries

At ground level is the visitor's commons, where family and students from other hearths may seek out and hang out with the Bears.

Above this is the Bear common room and above that the boys and girls dormitories. 

At the top of the tree is Loremaster Colton's suite.

Elder trunk is the home of the remaining loremsters and staff. It's root cluster houses their private kitchen and pantries. Elder trunk is forbidden to students. Loremaster offices are adjacent to their classrooms in the main trunk.

Holly trunk houses the weird rooms of the grove. Storage for dangerous items, a room similar to the room of requirement at Hogwarts. Students are forbidden from this trunk except when accompanied by a loremaster
