Here's a quick-and-dirty template--the page title should be "RH101:Foo" (replacing Foo with the subject of the entry):

Quick explanation: the page title will appear at the beginning of the page (as a 'Level-1 header').  The paired equals signs mean a level-2 header.  The pipes in the Wiki links make the alternate text appear instead of the original text; the pipe in the Category Link controls where the page appears in the [[:Category:RH101|category page.]] (Without it, everything appears under 'RH101')
