**Both Low and High Order Magics Function in this Shadow, but there is no Known Local Magic System for this Shadow. Only The Ancients knew the Local Magic System and they did not leave any written language behind to chronicle their knowledge.  There are only a very few of the Inhabitants of Rest Stop that know how to use other Low Order Magic Systems that function here... but none know how to use High Order Magics.
