==History==
Born in Dayton, Ohio.  High School Baseball star.
Joined Marines at 20 after dropping out of Jr. College.  

Part of Seal Team One in 62.  Started preparing training programs for the south Vietnamese.  Something spooky happened around 66 and he went down hill then. Became addicted to Heroin and developed a heavy drinking problem. Repeated terms in the local brig before being cashier out in 69, after Tet started.  Returning to the US in July of 68, addicted to heroin and haunted by something that happened in the jungles of south east asia.   

After that he got into Merc work.  Nigeria, Angola, 68 to 71.  In London in 1971, a somewhat recovered heroin addict professional soldier, part of a protective detail for Company leader like Mike Hoare.     .   

Artie Fulks is a fairly dangerous character.  Professional soldier haunted by something with a drinking problem.. Sounds like fun
