==Tech Level== The general Tech Level (TL) of Creation is TL2 and in some places with strong surviving magitech TL3. First Age artifacts and the like can raise it higher than this. This gives a guide to the sorts of mundane equipment available. However, with regards Powers, a special Power Tech Level (Power TL) is used, which is based on character tiers. See page 15 of the SoF rulebook for more information.
