== Civilization ==
Agarin was not a very hospitable place for life, but it was the best that was available at the time.  There were two challenges to overcome here, first was the high temperature a and the second was the very high amounts of radiation.  The radiation level has been reduced to survivable levels on most of the planet but highly irradiated areas still exists, mostly around the equator.

Most of the planet has been terraformed to a desert like state with a variety of introduced organisms.  The majority of the water and life is near the poles, where a more tropical environment has been constructed.
