Some processes involving the target which don't normally require a roll now require one (ie. using a Cumbersome tool will be less effective, trying to get information out of a Cumbersome friend is a time consuming process, walking along a Cumbersome road will be more difficult). Actions initiated by the target do not have a penalty, only interactions initiated by others. This curse lasts 1 hour.
