The second part is the address of the ''Master Page'', the page which contains links to all the pages associated with that game. If you click on this link, the server will download the content of every associated page, add the JavaScript code of the Wiki RPG game enginge, and return all that to your browser - allowing you to start playing immediately (note: the game engine uses a popup window for game messages, so you might have to disable the popup blocker for this site).
