===Harvey Elliot’s Scouting History (1955–2025)=== ====Youth Scouting Years (1955–1966)==== *1955 (Age 7) – Joins **Cub Scouts (Pack 42)** in rural New Hampshire His den meets in a small lodge near the White Mountains. His father, a Korean War vet and lumber mill worker, is an assistant den leader. *1958 – Advances to **Boy Scouts (Troop 19)** **First hike: 10 miles through Franconia Notch. Hooked for life.
