Ambassador to the Del'zahn from the northern forest kingdoms of Halta.  Singing Sparrow's primary purpose in Chiaroscuro is to distrupt the Linowan embassy in any way possible, as well as look after the interests of her people.

Ambassador from the mining capital of Gem, in the far south.  A recent arrival to Chiaroscuro.

Was discovered to be a Terrestrial Infernal at a recent party at the Realm Embassy, precipitating a demonic attack on that festival.  Was slain by Oath-Graven Diamond while fleeing.
