''Excrutiator Whips are popular with certain sects of Hadar Shadows, and are traditionally regarded as a woman's weapon by the Hadar. An Excrutiator resembles a simpel steel whip, but studded along its length are several small blade-shards imbued with the essence of pain elementals. Any body struck by this whip suffers disproprotionate pain, as if being burnt, and it takes considerable focus to stay standing after such an injury.''
