Put your name here if you are 70 and have done the intro quests (two quests outside Karazhan, a trip to Dalaran, a trip to Shattrath), and remove it and update the above table when you have your key.  This is meant to be for people who are working on the key chain only.  Check what you need to run based on your current steps only (so if you need the Shadow Lab, put an X under Shadow Lab; when you get it, put a space there instead and put an X under Steamvault and Arcatraz).
