==Personality==

Duncan is a restless and insatiable explorer: of other points of view, strange places, and his own capabilities.  He's not really happy unless he's striking up a conversation with a stranger on the subway, discovering a weird little coffee shop in an out-of-the-way part of town, or beating his last speed trials in the gym.  If it's new, he's interested, and if it's risky, so much the better.


Unfortunately, Duncan almost entirely lacks an understanding of the concept of danger (at least as it applies to him.) He's neither suicidal nor careless; he just has a hard time realizing when he's pushed his luck too far.  His self-confidence borders on narcissm at times - after all, what sensible universe would let someone as talented as him fail?


While this attitude can be off-putting to some, his easy charm and genuine enthusiasm for life cause many people to share Duncan's high opinion of himself.
