Emily has grown up on the berry farm of her parents on the outskirts of Honeyspring. As the heir to the farm, she's been working with her parents and the pokemon basically her whole life and often makes deliveries to the nearby towns.
Emily is cheerful, honest and a hard worker. She has lots of practical experience, but isn't particularly book smart. Sometimes she can be a bit reckless, much to the chargrin of her overprotective father. Before inheriting the farm, she wants to go on a journey across the region, to learn as much as she can about people, pokemon and new kinds of berries.

Emily wears simple, practical clothes and almost always a huge straw hat. Due to the farmwork she is fit and stronger than you'd expect from a girl her age.
She knows Valeria from making deliveries with her parents, but hasn't been to Clearbrook for a while.
