==History== Mutant is one of Sweden's oldest and most successful RPG lines. Starting in the 80's with Mutant, which was in large parts inspired by the American Gamma Worlds and used the BRP system. Mutant would come to bear many successors, most known Mutant Chronicles, which was translated into English and spawned card-games, several tabletop games and a (very crappy) movie. While somewhat dead during the latter parts of the 90's the name was revived in 2000 with Mutant: Undergångens Arvtagare, where the makers went back to the Old-Skool feel of Mutant 2, basing most of its setting from it. The game, still using a BRP variant, became highly successful and was printed until 2008. Mutant:UA still has a large fan-base and articles are still being published in the Swedish gaming newspaper Fenix as well as the making of several fan-projects.
