===Catching your breath===
In combat, you can take a standard action to take your breath. This allow you to remove one severity of combat exhaustion. While you take your breath, you do not get exhaustion point from passing segment.
You can catch your breath as a fast action if you want, but you need to make a Constitution Check DC 15 to be able to remove one severity of combat fatigue.
