Drunk party girl.  Great example of a bad mother.  Had Nicky at 14.  
Attractive and loud.  Alcoholic.  Drug user.  Prostitute if she remembers to charge.  She has done some nude modeling as well as semi-pro porn. Good go between.    Might hang around the clubhouse

She suffers from a venereal disease.  She has few morals and has a seriously fucked up brain.  She has rented out both Nicky and Sally at various times for various things.  

Secret- She killed a man for money.  She has been molested since she was 5.  Nicky is her son AND her brother.  She once was the driver for a home invasion robbery and killed her accomplice for the money. Close to $300,000, the money is buried under her house.  She is too afraid to use it.  She never mentions the mone to anyone, especially not to Shaggy.

====Nicky Dewer====

14, Born Stockton, Calif.

Local kid.  Skateboarder. Byclie racer.  Motocrosses. An X-sports guy.  Tiny time drug dealer. Tiny time Snitch. Calls himself a spy and collects spy movies..  Likes bikes and tries to hang around the club.   He would abandon his mother if given half a chance but would have to take Sally with him.

He has a 10 year old sister that follows him around sometime.  She would make a great innocent bystander in a drive by. 

He picks up pocket change running errands. Will probably join the club some day.

As a joke they gave him a cut and instead a prospect patch it has a Mascot patch.  His mother stopped renting him out when he got it.  He also got his own private bank account that day and has more money then his mom.

====Sally Dewer====
10, Born Stockton, Calif.

Local kid.  Follows her brother Nicky around when mom locks the two of them out of the house when she goes to work if Shaggy isn't home.
Might wander over to the Clubhouse. Earns pocket money for baby sitting or chores.

====Shaggy Roscoe====
44, Born in New Orleans, Louisiana

A mechanic of shocking talent.  He lives with Mindy but has no illusions of her sanity or lifestyle.  He does not use the Dewers children and doesn't allow others too.  He keeps everything he own a in the way of clothes in one large duffel next to his side of the bed.  His tools are in his utility truck. 

He moves around a lot.  He can repair vehicles, buildings, planes, tanks.  
Served in the military for 22 years.  Learned how to repair all kinds of things.

He has no feelings for Mindy except to use her and sleep in a bed not in his truck.
May someday become a member of the gang.  Mindy has not rented out either of the children since Shaggy moved in. He has been tempted to kill Mindy, and take the kids somewhere more reasonable.
